Once you’re connected with ProductLink, the next step in proactive EM is to begin tracking your equipment data over time, which will identify potential problems and enable you to schedule maintenance more efficiently.

Our Level 2 clients receive regular reports outlining their equipment idle times, fuel usage, fault codes and other stats, relative to both a historical baseline and to other operators in the region. Electronic alerts let you know when your attention is required, so you can quickly correct issues that are affecting your overall performance.
